Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy describes the conditions for canceling reservations and issuing refunds for Napoli Bag Srl services.
Cancellation of the Reservation by the Customer
Early Cancellation (Within 24 Hours of Service Start Time): You may cancel your reservation and receive a full refund. Requests must be sent by email to amministrazionenapolibag@gmail.com.
Late Cancellation (Less than 24 Hours from the Service Start Time) or No-Show: In case of late cancellation or failure to arrive at the agreed time, Napoli Bag Srl does not guarantee a refund of the fee paid.
Cancellation by Napoli Bag Srl
In the unlikely event that Napoli Bag Srl is forced to cancel the booking for operational reasons (for example, unexpected office closure), the customer will receive a full refund of the amount paid and will be notified immediately by email and telephone.
Refund Process
All approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and will be credited to the same payment method used for the purchase.
