These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the luggage storage and bicycle rental services offered by Napoli Bag Srl.
Services Offered

• Luggage and Backpack Storage: The customer reserves a space for luggage storage (suitcases, backpacks, bags) for a period of 24 hours (or part thereof). Each item is considered a single unit, and the price is fixed per day/unit.

• Bike Rental: The customer can rent bicycles for a period of 24 hours (or part thereof).

• Acceptance: Online booking and payment imply full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Prices and Payment

• The prices displayed online include VAT (if applicable) and are intended as a fixed rate per day (or fraction thereof).

• Payment must be made online at the time of booking to confirm the service.

• Cash or card payments are not accepted at the office for services booked online.

Responsibility and Safety

• The customer is required to ensure that the contents of the stored luggage do not include illegal, dangerous, flammable substances, or objects of excessive value (it is recommended not to store jewelry, large sums of money, or irreproducible documents).

• Napoli Bag Srl is not responsible for ordinary wear and tear, minor damage, or inadequately protected items.

• Baggage collection must take place by closing time on the collection day established during the booking process.
